Script Level 4

Discovery Question Framework

A structured conversation guide that helps you uncover the real scope, impact, and financial value of every engagement before you quote a price.

Most creative professionals undercharge because they quote based on deliverables rather than outcomes. This framework walks you through a proven sequence of questions for discovery calls. Each section builds on the last, moving the conversation from surface-level project details toward the underlying business impact. By the time you reach the value questions, both you and the client will have a clear picture of what the work is genuinely worth. Use these questions as a guide, not a rigid script. Adapt them to your natural conversation style, and let the client's answers shape your follow-up questions.
