Script for recording a personalised Loom audit of a prospect's brand or website.
Introduce yourself and explain why you recorded this video. Be warm and personal. Mention their company by name to show this is not a generic outreach. Example: "Hi [Name], my name is [Your Name] and I wanted to record a quick personalised video for you because I came across [Their Company] and had some thoughts I wanted to share."
Highlight 2-3 things they are genuinely doing well. Be specific. Screen-share their website or social profiles and point things out visually. This builds trust and shows you actually looked at their business. Example: "First off, your website design is really clean. I love the way you have structured your services page. And your Instagram content is consistent and on-brand."
Identify 2-3 specific things you would improve. Be constructive, not critical. Frame these as opportunities, not problems. Show them on screen if possible. Example: "A couple of things I noticed that could make a real difference. First, your call-to-action on the homepage is easy to miss. Moving it above the fold could boost conversions. Second, I did not see any social proof on your landing page. Adding 2-3 client testimonials would build trust quickly."
Give one clear, actionable next step. Do not overwhelm them with a list. Position yourself as the person who can help implement it. Example: "If I were to suggest one thing to focus on first, it would be redesigning your homepage hero section. That single change could significantly improve your conversion rate, and it is something I have helped similar businesses with."
Invite them to a call. Keep it low-pressure. Make it easy for them to say yes. Example: "If any of this resonates, I would love to jump on a quick 15-minute call to talk through it. There is a link below to book a time that works for you. Either way, I hope this was helpful. Have a great day."
